MISSON STATEMENT
The intention of this mission statement is to provide Fordham Parish Council with, focus, clarity and direction to provide a full and active role in supporting and safeguarding the Fordham Community
To engage – wherever possible, in open dialogue with residents to understand their concerns and aspirations.
To actively pursue a representational role to every resident
To encourage and promote social and community values
To provide high standard, cost-effective services to the Fordham community
To manage the Parish Council’s assets and finances to achieve best value
To budget annually for the Council Tax Precept needed to deliver the services to our community
To review and comment on Planning Applications
To work in partnership with other Fordham Community Organisations to promote the community needs and aspirations
To engage with our neighbouring Parish Councils on matters that have a direct effect on our Community
